History: Drive Thru Joe (DTJ) was founded in December 2017 by Joe Real. Joe was active-duty Air Force for eight years. During this time, he saw the need for quality coffee on military installations. He used the money he earned from deployments and other military benefits to go to college and purchase his coffee van. Joe prides himself in “providing quality service for our heroes”. Drive Thru Joe is a veteran owned and military affiliate operation. It solely serves the military community and shows a successful business model for veterans who are transitioning into civilian life.

Mission: Serving quality products and growing sustainable operations that create the best opportunity for veterans and their dependents to attain financial independence.

Great Life Hawaii

Great Life Hawaii is an initiative operated by the military’s Morale, Welfare, and Recreation program, which is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for military families through a variety of engaging activities and support programs. In Hawaii, Great Life Hawaii produces biannual magazines featuring advertisements from military-owned businesses, alongside a website that showcases these ads to further promote community connection and support.
